How We Work

  • At Naturogya, we help individuals achieve holistic well-being through naturopathic nutrition and lifestyle adjustments. Rooted in the principle that true health is a balance of structural, emotional, and nutritional factors, we provide personalized guidance to address the root causes of health concerns rather than just the symptoms. Our approach is gradual, sustainable, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle, empowering clients to make meaningful, long-term changes for better health.

  • Every human being is a product of its natural, social and cultural environment. Naturopathic nutrition recognises this principle and I will be working with each individual to holistically understand the root causes of their health issues rather than just treating their symptoms. So one client suffering from digestive issues such as constipation may need to make minor adjustments to their fluid intake while another may need to undergo a detoxification programme. This ensures that sustainable, long term benefits can be accrued to health rather than just suppressing the symptoms.

  • My advice will be closely aligned with the tastes and preferences of my client i.e., it will be on the basis of the assessment of how able and willing my clients are to bring about changes in their diet and lifestyle. I am able to help patients who are either interested in making drastic changes to their diet and lifestyle to realise health benefits or those who are set in their habits and would only be interested in making minimal adjustments. My assessment will also take into account socio-economic factors such as work schedules, economic means and other cultural factors that include (or preclude) certain lifestyle habits.

  • Far too often we get pre-occupied with what changes we should bring in our diet, or how much fluids we should be drinking, at the expense of the process (the HOW) and the timing of (the WHEN) of our diet. While the WHAT remains an essential part of nutrition advice, I will pay equal emphasis on the HOW and the WHEN to ensure that you give yourself the best chance to digest and absorb the nutritious food that you will be consuming. story online can make all the difference.

Our Story

I grew up in India, in a town wedged in the himalayas where I was encouraged to focus on holistic health. This knowledge was rooted in experience of elders and passed on through generations.

I realised that these ideas were aligned with the principles of naturopathic nutrition and this is when I decided to pursue it, to ground myself in the scientific basis of these ideas while paying due regard to traditional knowledge.
